Cancellations & Changes

We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan and appointments may need to be rescheduled.

If you need to cancel, reschedule or make changes to your appointment, we respectfully ask that you provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Failure to provide the required notice for cancellations and changes will result in a $60 fee, which will need to be paid in full before scheduling your next appointment.

No shows will be charged 50% of the appointment cost.

Please note: a $60 deposit will be required to place a booking through the online booking system, while deposits are non-refundable, they will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.
